Stratus Education uses information for the purpose you choose. This page describes the new Health Check and strategy-request flows; downloadable tools retain their stated access terms.

Health Check answers

Answers stay in your current browser session by default. Optional “Save on this device” retains a versioned draft for seven days after your last change. You can clear it from the assessment. A shared device may expose a saved draft to its next user.

Optional report and strategy requests

A report request stores your name, organization, role, email, answers, consent choices and report. A strategy request stores your contact information and stated priority. Report processing, optional follow-up and optional future insights are separate choices. We do not request student records or confidential attachments.

New Health Check and strategy records expire after 90 days in this application. Copies you download or receive by email remain in your own systems. Email-provider and recipient-mailbox retention is separate. Contact Stratus to request deletion or withdraw optional follow-up consent. A specific service engagement may establish separate records and terms.

Delivery and access

When enabled, Resend processes email delivery. Reports are available independently of email status. Email acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery. Download access requires a private session token; results are not published in a public directory.

Optional usage measurement

With permission, first-party events record page paths and assessment question IDs, never response values, district names or contact information. Session identifiers are session-scoped. With permission, a last-visit timestamp in this browser estimates returning sessions for up to 90 days; it does not identify people across devices. There is no fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. Essential request records count saved reports and strategy requests without optional browsing analytics.

Usage events in this application expire after 90 days. Declining optional measurement does not limit access. Standard hosting request logs may exist separately.

Existing downloadable tools

The resource-access flow stores a name and email under its existing consent notice. Completed worksheet contents stay in the files you control. The new Health Check retention rule does not automatically delete existing resource-access or separately maintained business records.
