Your Fractional Partnerships Office

The capability. The systems. The capacity.

Stratus helps K–12 districts establish or strengthen partnership operations. The engagement connects school needs, partner resources and executive decisions through a district-owned operating system.

What your district receives

Portfolio & ownership

A current inventory of partners, commitments, schools served and accountable owners.

Needs & partner development

A needs framework and intentional process for sourcing, matching and developing partners.

Governance & agreements

Decision rights, approval paths, intake, onboarding, monitoring and renewal workflows.

Evidence & executive reporting

Useful measures and a cadence for reviewing commitments, contributions and outcomes.

Systems & automation

Shared records, practical CRM requirements and appropriate workflow automation.

Continuity & capability

Training, playbooks and an intentional handoff to district staff or scoped continuing support.

Diagnose → Build & launch → Operate & transfer

Start with a four-week, $5,000 diagnostic and a decision brief with a 90-day plan. The district can act internally or scope a six-month pilot. Published pilot pricing ranges from $30,000 to $60,000 by participating-school count; specific responsibilities and deliverables are agreed before engagement.

The diagnostic receives full credit toward a pilot signed within 60 days. Ongoing fractional support is scoped separately. These are offer terms, not evidence of guaranteed outcomes.

How we work together

A named Stratus lead works with a district sponsor and operating counterpart. The scope defines workstreams, review cadence, specialist involvement, district inputs and handoff. Your district retains strategic decisions, approval authority and ownership of its systems.

Is this the right fit?

The work can support a district with no dedicated office or strengthen an existing partnership team. Start with the decision you need to make, not a predetermined software purchase.
